From dancer to singer with a unique R&B flow
Jordan Ward began his career at the age of 18 as a professional dancer with artists like Beyoncé, Janet Jackson and Justin Bieber. It was during one of those tours that he discovered his talent for music. Thank goodness for that, as Jordan’s debut album FORWARD has now just been released – an album for which he is rightly receiving rave reviews.
Over the course of 14 tracks he explores themes like family, love, personal growth and breaking through unhealthy relationship patterns. With influences varying from old school funk, soul, hip-hop and R&B, Jordan takes R&B to new heights on FORWARD.
For the track MUSTARD, he collaborated with US rapper 6LACK, who he’ll be touring with later this year. But, to introduce his album to us, he’ll perform solo at the AB Club in December. Looking FORWARD to it!
