Jack Peñate is that young British singer-songwriter who appeared on the radar of the collective music press, and many a music lover, in 2007. He surprised us then with his concert at Pukkelpop, around the time of debut ‘Matinée’ (with those exquisite singles ‘Spit At Stars’ en ‘Torn On The Platform’).
Now Jack has completed successor ‘Everything Is New’, from which the singles ‘Tonight’s Today’ and ‘Be The One’ can already be included among the better hits of the summer of 2009. Those who have been paying attention know that Peñate has used his guitar to serve more danceable songs, and that works well, live too!
