futuristic ambient project by Josh Graham
IIVII is the ambient fiction project of visual artist, multi-instrumentalist and composer Josh Graham - also known from the likes of Red Sparowes, Battle Of Mice and A Storm Of Light.
With IIVII, he distances himself from the overwhelming, more bombastic aspect of A Storm Of Light and makes what he describes as 'sonically engulfing and moody soundscapes, layered with a science-fiction edge.'
His latest album Colony was released in 2015 on Ghent’s Consouling Sounds and it turned out to be a wonderful album that completely carries you away into the futuristic world of IIVII.
