Girls in Hawaii are back! If these simple five words are just information, it’s most importantly great news!
After a few years of silence and a tragedy that hit the group, they decided to work together again. With their untamed nature, they first made a comeback at Deep in The Woods Festival, a place that feels like home for them. After this they went to Brightin to play at The Great Escape Festival and in June they will be playing a couple of exclusive shows in China. Happy about their reunion with the public, they recorded their new album in three sessions at an ancient Manoir near Paris and handed it over to legend producer Tchad Blake (Black Keys, Pearl Jam, Tom Waits) this spring.
The new album will be released on the 2nd of september in France and Belgium and 1 month later in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Spain,.. The band will be presenting the new songs for the first time at the Pukkelpop festival on 16th of August. The first belgian clubconcert, at Cirque Royal on 21st of November was soldout in a couple of hours, and so the band decided to announce a second shows: November 22 at the Ancienne Belgique, Brussels.
