So beautiful. Not just the photo, but the voice and the playing too. As well as the story behind this young British sensation.
From Bath, barely 20, and a self-taught kid among hippies. Has her own label too. Now picked up by the huge EMI label and has a number 1 hit in the UK with her cover of 'The Power Of Love' (by Frankie Goes To Hollywood, yeah!)
Voice and piano, charm and charisma and, of late, a filled the Botanique: high time that Gabrielle came back with her debut CD and band!
'English Rain' is the not very sunny title of the CD. But, judging by what we’ve heard, seen and read about Gabrielle Aplin so far, the best comes shining through. Even when she sings 'Please Don't Say You Love me.' For real!
Saint Raymond will be supporting Gabrielle Aplin.
