Australian singer/songwriter/natural-talent, has now completed her second CD: 'Crushing', out here on PIAS. Her previous one was titled 'Don't Let The Kids Win'. Now, after two years of intense touring, it is a clearly artistically more mature Julia Jacklin who awaits us.

According to her bio, apparently grew up with the music of Billy Bragg and Doris Day (nope, not with Claudia Cardinale or Anouk Aimée...)Even appeared twice in one day once, at AB Club as support-act to Whitney in 2016!
