Unique midnight concert shrouded in doom, golden masks and dark robes
BRDCST is AB’s outstanding indoor spring festival spotlighting musical boundlessness. The name is a direct reference to the retro futuristic electronica-pop of the English band Broadcast that released inspiring albums like ‘Haha Sound’ and ‘Noise Made By The People’ over the past decade. Artists who feel strongly about musical innovation form the focal point for BRDCST. Our musical gut feeling will do the rest.
The mysterious B R I Q U E V I L L E is Belgium’s best kept sludge/doom secret, shrouded in golden masks and black robes. They shun the cult of the individual through anonymity and maintain focus upon what is most important: dark doom/sludge that wades through mercilessly compelling songs like a majestic steamroller.
The dark fivesome presents their new album ‘II’ during a unique midnight concert, something new for BRDCST. An album full of heavy black post-metal, dark soundscapes and stinging riffs. First single (including masterful video clip) ‘Akte VI’ lasts no less than 10 minutes and is an ominous harbinger of that second longplayer. This will definitely be a highlight of BRDCST for those who like it slow and hard.
Admittance is free of charge according to the principle of ‘first come, first served.’
This also applies to those with a Limited BRDCST Festival Pass.
