Quirky, eclectic funk-jazz
Liesa Van der Aa is one of the most versatile artists of the moment. She is active as violin-player and singer, but also as actress and maker of theatre & film. For her latest project, ‘Easy Alice’, Van der Aa worked together with fantastic musicians like Niels Broos, Dries Laheye, Lander Gyselinck, Elisabeth De Loore, David Williamson and Baloji. ‘Easy Alice’ is an eclectic, funky jazz album as well as a film about guilt, sex, isolation, schizophrenia and independence.
