Free for those attending the Cypress Hill concert
Rapper Rayer, from Brussels, wrote nothing short of Belgian rap history as a member of De Puta Madre. Their ‘Une Ball Dans La Tête’ from ’95 was without a doubt one of the first up-to-scratch hip-hop albums to ever be released in our country. To place it historically: both the debut of ’t Hof Van Commerce (‘En In Izzegem’) and the self-titled Starflam album were released in ’98.
In the meantime, Rayer has moved on to a new musical chapter and he just recently released a solo-album entitled ‘Le Chat Borgne’ that sounds remarkably (and intentionally) old school.
There’s more good news too: the concert will be accessible at no charge for those attending the Cypress Hill concert on that same evening in AB’s Main Hall.
