Elliot Minor is a very young, pop-punk addicted fivesome from York, Great Britain, that until recently went through life as The Academy. It goes without saying that they're strongly influenced by emo big shots like The Used of Something Corporate, but just as much by the symfonic pop-sensitivity of Muse or The Beach Boys. Following 5 singles that effortlessly fell into the top 40, their untitled debut was recently released and it's obligatory listening for fans of Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco (that's right, since recently without that exclaimation mark after Panic).
