New collaborative album and wacky musical trip
Antwerp quartet DAAU is back! The foursome dove into the studio with master tinkerer and underground cult figure Rudy TrouvĂ©Â to record the album Musik fĂŒr Animierten Tonspurfilm. They themselves describe the record as âfull of paradoxes, grungy and polished at the same time, finished and unfinished, a messed-up lo-fi backing track with hi-fi improvisations, retro meets the futureâ. Curious to see what this whacky adventurous trip sounds like, live?
