Folk-rock missing link between Lennon & rural blues!
Daniel Norgren comes from Sweden, not exactly Stockholm but the rather more rural Boras. He plays and sings 'rural blues' (of course?) and has been doing so since 2006, spread over five CDs. But he's also especially keen, vigorous and witty live.
You might already have experienced him as support-act to the The Tallest Man On Earth? Or during delightful, often smaller, festivals like End Of The Road, Into The Great Wide Open… Le Guess Who, Gentse Feesten even...!?
Following on from his previous 'Buzz', this busy bee has now completed another CD already: 'Alabursy' (here via De Konkurrent.) He'll be touring with it in early 2015, under his own name, but we're actually expecting some musical mates to accompany him.
Come on down, don't be afraid, one of his most touching songs is titled 'People Are Good.'
