Tipped as the revelation of 2017: WWWater aka Charlotte Adigéry! You might unwittingly know her as alter-ego Charlotte, who scored with ‘The Best Thing’ (the hit from the Soulwax film/album Belgica), but she hasn’t been sitting still since then: no less than two EPs are to be released this spring. Under her own name, there will be ‘021’ on the fantastic Deewee label of the Dewaele brothers. Under WWWater, will follow an EP full of danceable songs that hang/float somewhere between organic soul/pop and minimal electronica-lo-fi. A golden voice that now floats to the surface!    

A/T/O/S
A Taste Of Struggle – or A/T/O/S  for short – is the intriguing collaboration between producer Truenoys and beat-maker/singer Amos. The result: dark, slow and fascinating next-level electronica with an exquisite voice and a tasty trip-hop vibe, on the borderline between FKA twigs and Burial. Their stunning debut album remained under the radar in 2014 but in January we saw the release of the imposing album ‘outboxed’  (via DEEP MEDi): “Vooruit dan maar: als A/T/O/S z’n status in 2017 niet van ‘geheimtip’ in ‘publiekslieveling’ weet te veranderen, eten wij onze schoen op” - Humo.  Even though we’d like to see someone at Humo eat their shoe, we’re convinced that A/T/O/S will turn the AB Club completely upside-down!
