Catchy singer-songwriter presents debut album, including StuBru hotshot!
Hip, hot and right out of Ghent: St. Grandson! This winner of the De Nieuwe Lichting ’15 already proved to be an excellent singer-songwriter two years ago (‘Midnight Swim’ is a magnificent track) and he has continued to improve at his art since then. Single ‘You Will Find’ is a case in point: a catchy refrain – that sticks in your head for days afterward – with a sultry summer evening feel to it. Studio Brussel was also instantly sold on it and launched ‘You Will Find’ as ‘Hotshot’. In spring his debut will be out via Universal, an album for which expectations are high. Melancholy indietronics with warm harmonies and a wonderful voice – St. Grandson embodies it all!
