English pop-princess returns with fourth album ‘Charli’!
With pop icons Britney Spears, Spice Girls, Kate Bush and Donna Summer as source of inspiration, Charlotte Emma Aitchison aka Charli XCX is at the peak of contemporary pop music. Since the start of her career, the English singer has experimented with pop music in all its forms, ranging from feminist punk-pop to catchy electro-pop. She entered into collaborations with all sorts of artists (including SOPHIE, Cardi B, CapcakKe, Mykki Blanco, …)
Charli XCX now has an impressive list of hits to her name, think: ‘Fancy’, ‘I Love It’, ‘Boom Clap’, ‘Boys’ or ‘1999’. She recently added the fantastic single ‘Blame It On Your Love’ feat. Lizzo to that list, as a foretaste of the new album ‘Charli’ that is to be released in September.
