An exchange-desk will be opened for some sold-out concerts (recognizable on the website by the exchange-desk logo). The idea is to bring together people looking for tickets and people who have tickets left over. Do you have extra tickets or are you still looking for tickets, then don't buy or sell them on the street, come and check at the desk instead.
Channel Zero, the best metal band that Belgium has ever known, is back again - exactly 20 years after their founding in '90 – for a unique one-off performance.
Channel Zero (named after a Public Enemy song from '88, 'She Watch Channel Zero?!') released five albums in their career, of which the absolute classic was 'Unsafe'. More than that even: by extension 'Unsafe' is the undisputed classic of Belgium's pop/rock history. Indestructible singles like 'Help' and 'Suck My Energy' led to more than 60,000 copies of this album being sold. In the past, Channel Zero played Torhout/Werchter twice and toured internationally with the likes of Body Count, Megadeth, Danzig, Biohazard, Kiss,...
All was quiet around the band following their split in '97, but Channel Zero has certainly not been forgotten. Of the original line-up, singer Franky DSVD, drum-force Phil B and bassist Tino De Martino are completely ready to put the most impressive sound in the Benelux back on stage. Only guitarist Xavier Carion can no longer perform live, due to an ear-trauma, and he consequently concentrates on his job as studio producer.
Be sure to be on time for this unique one-off CONCERT on Friday 22 January 2010 in the Ancienne Belgique.
