Maxy party package with Bibi Tanga and Anthony Joseph - feat. Joe Defunkt Bowie live!

First act Bibi Tanga works with Le Professeur Inlassable and their CD 'Yellow Gauze' is a groovy jewel! Really: its funny and forceful from beginning to end (and on the Naïve label, here via Pias). There must be a new CD around somewhere by now, with National Geographic, for real too! It just goes to show: everything authentic and everything possible, as long as it sounds good. Second act will be Anthony Joseph & The Spasm Band. Anthony Joseph comes from Trinidad, lives in London, is a poet and writer, participates in 'spoken word' and fortunately also in playful rallying cries with his Spasm Band. Verbal tumult in the trant of reggae poets like Linton Kwesi Johnson or Benjamin Zepheniah, but musically as funky as Gil Scott-Heron, George Clinton and The Jimmy Castor Bunch. Following on from 'Leggo The Lion', now the 2nd CD is ready: 'Bird Head Son', also on the Naïve label and with collaboration from Keziah Jones and Joe - Defunkt- Bowie.
