Jawa - The rich musical Sufi tradition has been transmitted orally in Aleppo for decades. Jawa’s mission is to preserve this heritage, which has been threatened by the Syrian war. The Sufi masters, who kept the secrets of this musical tradition, are gradually disappearing from the scene, threatening to lose a treasure of songs forever. JAWA Band presents the traditional musical pieces from its personal perspective and its own vision, while preserving the classical way of performing Sufi muwashahat with its complex rhythms and oriental maqams.

AKAR is Europe, AKAR is Africa, AKAR is generation X and Y.
Anmoor was born out of the encounter between two musicians and melodies. Melodies that have travelled through time and space to be reborn in a world that draws on its past to build its present.
Through the prism of who they are and the world that is theirs, the duo offer a fresh, unique and personal take on traditional melodies from the four corners of the globe. These are the soil from which Anmoor's music is born, and which it freely approaches and moves away from.
Kosmo Sound & Imane Guemssy - Kosmo Sound is known for their unique mix of dub, groove and jazz music. The band from Ghent distinguishes itself by its deep basslines and dreamy saxophone melodies, combined with the hypnotic rhythms that are characteristic of dub and reggae. For this project they joined forces with the talented Imane Guemssy. Their collaboration promises a compelling fusion of traditional Gnawa sounds and the band's signature deep groove style. A musical bridge between age-old traditions and modern sounds that characterizes the innovative spirit of both artists.
