From 28 August to 1 September, the doors of Bar Chaud will open on the festival site of Boterhammen In Het Park and Feeërieën, in the Brussels Park. It’ll be the perfect spot to try out something new, take part in exciting workshops, or just hang out with your friends.
- 11:00 - 12:15 I Mindful Morning Moment: Qi Gong with Alessio Porcelli
Take an early Wednesday lunchtime Qi Gong session with Alessio Porcelli. This Chinese form of mindful movement is often confused with tai chi. But whereas tai chi is based on martial arts, qi gong is a form of rest in movement intended to support your physical and mental health and channel your emotions.
Age: all ages. Participation is free, but registration is advised.

In collaboration with MetX and Urban Center Brussels we have organised a percussion workshop for young people. Expect an awesome combination of rhythm and music.

- 15:30 - 16:00 I Performance by Fanfakids with Metx & Urban Center Brussels
An epic performance by the international ambassadors of the kids of Brussels: the Fanfakids! The group is a mixture of children and teenagers growing up in the Marollen district and surrounding area. They take inspiration from the metropolitan musical genres they encounter in Brussels. Young breakers enthusiastically turn rhythms into wild moves.
