One year after the release of their latest album ‘Lotuk’, John Roan and Hendrik Willemyns round off this extremely successful chapter with a unique series of concerts in 3 Belgian cities. ‘Lotuk’ was released in April 2008 and is now their the long-player in a row to be so well received by press and public. In the meantime that has resulted in going gold. The title track, also the first single from the album, was a hit on both Radio 1 and Studio Brussel, and second single ‘Estupendo’ did even better as it was voted Summer Hit of 2008 by Studio Brussel listeners and even charmed blogger Perez Hilton and rapper Kanye West in the US.
After a number of memorable (and sold-out) club shows (AB, Petrol, Handelsbeurs, MOD) during the spring of 2008 and a fantastic series of summer festivals (Pukkelpop, Les Ardentes, Lokerse Feesten, Rivierenhof) now, for the first time, Arsenal invites a number of the great performers who contributed to the albums ‘Outsides’ and ‘Lotuk’ to come and perform with them : Gabriel Rios, Baloji, Mike Ladd and Chi Zang.
