Band of Blink 182 singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge returns
American band Angels & Airwaves has released its fourth studio album - under the title (pay attention spelling-freaks) ‘L )ve Parts )ne & Tw )’ - and just as on forerunner ‘L)ve’ they've coupled an epic stadium sound with keen electronica and the nasal voice of Blink 182 singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge. He is still supported (live too) by David Kennedy from Box Car Racer, drummer Atom Willard from The Offspring and bassist Matt Wachter from 30 Seconds To Mars.
What's more, the film ‘Love’ (William Eubank's debut as director) has been distributed together with this new CD. Angels & Airwaves wrote not only the soundtrack but also served as producers for the film (about the mental isolation of a stranded astronaut).
Following concerts at Polsslag (2008) and in the AB (2011), AvA now returns to the AB to perform on Friday 6 April.
