Mega juicy metal double-bill. We start off with The Haunted who once again prove that, aside from the United States, Sweden is the main supplier of interesting metal bands (see also: Meshuggah, In Flames, Opeth). In the first version of the band we recognized the brothers Anders and Jonas Björler and also Adrian Erlandsson from At The Gates, one of the more well-known Swedish metal bands. In ’99 Erlandsson was replaced behind the drums by Per Möller Jensen. ‘Versus’ is the title of their sixth album which is released by Century Media.

We close the gates with All That Remains. Gaining huge amounts of ground with fans of the genre at the moment. Following extensive tours with Trivium and In Flames in United States, in early 2009 it's finally Europe's turn again. Metalcore is the game for these 5 guys from Massachusetts. Clearly influences by melodic death-metal and with 4 studio albums under the belt this is perfect stuff for fans of Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall and CKY.

Support act will be German metal band Deadlock, who mix technical, melodic metal with the so popular metalcore. Singer Sabine Weniger forms a pleasant counterweight to the grunts of singer Johannes Prem. Their new album ‘Manifesto’ is out now.
