Earplugs

Hearing protection is important. That’s why you can buy earplugs at AB via special dispensers. They cost 2 tokens (€ 6) and can be reused 5-6 times.

Toilets

Our toilets are free and gender-neutral. (Please note: the current layout of the urinals is still binary.) It doesn’t matter to us where you go, as long as you leave it clean.

First Aid

Do you have a medical emergency? Speak to a member of staff. All our stewards have had first aid training and can help you in our first aid room. They are easily recognisable by their T-shirts.

Calm Space

During nightlife events, we always provide a calm area where you can get away from the buzz of the event. During regular Main Hall concerts, you can return to the big hall near the bar for lower decibel levels and a calmer atmosphere. During a concert at AB Club, you can always relax on the bench in the entrance hall downstairs.

Water

You can ask for free tap water at the bar. You can always fill your water bottle from the extra high tap at the toilets.
