Awareness Team
At nightlife events, the Awareness Team is there to support you. Not feeling well, feeling unsafe, or need assistance? Speak to them! You’ll find them near the entrance or spot them easily by their T-shirts. They provide a safe space and ensure you can enjoy the event at your own pace.
At regular concerts, our stewards are there to keep you safe. They can guide you to extra right help if you need it. You’ll find them at the entrance and in the corners of our performance spaces, easily recognisable by their T-shirts.
Aftercare
At AB, we have zero tolerance for physical or verbal violence, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour. Racism, sexual intimidation, aggression, discrimination, or homophobia have no place here. Our stewards, security team, volunteers, and staff are here to help if needed. You can also contact us at care@abconcerts.be. We take all complaints seriously and address them as quickly as possible.
Whether you decide to report an incident or not, you are always entitled to support and (after)care. Talk about what happened with people you trust and seek professional support if needed. We are happy to refer you to some emergency numbers and helplines.
