In Elnett bathed poodle haircuts, catsuits in latex and leather that expose excessive chest-hair, song titles like ‘Gloryhole’, ‘Bukkake Tears’ and ‘Gangbang at the Old Folks Home’ and video clips with more silicone-injected flesh than the cold cooked-meats section of your local supermarket. Steel Panther, “the hottest band out of Hollywood since Mötley Crüe, Guns N’ Roses and Poison ruled the Sunset Strip”, blow-dries hair metal & glam rock back to life again!

The five from LA started out as a cover band – parodying '80s metal songs by bands like Mötley Crüe, Van Halen and Kiss, under the name Metal Shop – and then transformed into Steel Panther in 2008.
