AB, Melkweg & EuropeByPeople organise two day festival
Music unites, especially over borders! That’s why the brothers and sisters of Melkweg (Amsterdam) & Ancienne Belgique have got their like-minded heads together to serve up the good stuff from the Fatherland on each other’s stage, in the form of a two day mini-festival (28/05 in AB (AB Box & AB Club) and 29/05 in Melkweg). It promises to be a varied, eclectic and above all exciting line-up!
For years both concert halls have been heading musically in the same direction, with overlapping programmes and identity. So it’s a logical cooperation with the help of EUROPE BY PEOPLE, an organisation which, in light of the Dutch Presidency of the European Union, has put together an impressive cultural programme, spread throughout Amsterdam and Brussels.
